What was supposed to be a simple speed paint assignment fell out of control and turned into my first profile picture here on art station. In all seriousness though, it was though this small project that I first learned about the importance of polygons. Early in its creation, the model was ridden with tris and applying the turbosmooth modifier messed up the geometry horribly. It was then that a senior in Ferris's DAGD Program explained to me the basics behind modeling with polygons. Using the knowledge he taught me I was able to complete this model.
